Summer Sculpture Soiree

THIS IS NOT AN ENCORE EVENT. We are providing the information as a possible source of diversion for you. The New Canaan Land Trust is a non-profit organization which serves our community.

he New Canaan Sculpture Trail is an inspiration for many, especially during these challenging times. Over the coming weeks, the remaining sculptures will be installed at Land Trust preserves around town, the Carriage Barn Arts Center, and Town Hall. These extraordinary installations connect visitors to the natural world, and showcase some of the special places that the Land Trust has worked to protect.

In celebration of the Sculpture Trail's opening, we invite you to join us (virtually) at the  Sculpture Soirée on June 19th from 5:01 pm - 6:00 pm!

The Sculpture Soirée, on the eve of the summer solstice, promises a fun-filled cocktail hour, complete with live entertainment, games, food, drinks, and opportunities to support the New Canaan Land Trust.

Highlights includes:

-A guest bartender who will teach you to make the event's signature cocktail.

-Flash talks from some of the Sculpture Trail artists.

-A Sculpture Trail-themed appetizer plate from South End.

-A scavenger hunt in you own home.

-And much more!

Proceeds from the Sculpture Soirée will help support the Land Trust's summer youth programs, and ensure that our preserves remain a haven for our community and the wildlife that reside there. More details about a silent auction and paddle raise will be announced soon.

Join us on the eve of the longest day of the year...in the longest year of our lives!
