Pack your own picnic and libations and join us for a socially spaced gathering on the bucolic, fragrant Thyme Meadow.  Cars will be parked 15 feet apart and you can set up your tailgate at the back of your trunk. We encourage you to get into the fall spirit and decorate your tailgate. Prizes will be given for most spirited tailgates. Ambient live music will entertain us as we mingle with our masks on when not at our own tailgate space. Care has been taken to adhere to all state and local distancing rules.

Date: Saturday, October 3^rd 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm

Rain date: Sunday, October 4^th 4:00 pm-7:00 pm

Cost: $50/car (includes one member and a significant other, limit 2 per car).

RSVP: Space is limited. Please RSVP as soon as possible.

Location is a private residence in New Canaan, details to follow.

·        Masks are mandatory when not eating or drinking.

·        Encore Club Covid-19 Waiver is mandatory (Go online under  EncoreClubofNewCanaan.com web site, Events and Activities to sign)

·        All CT.gov COVID-19 state guidelines will be adhered to.

·        Restrooms will be available at the pool house.

·        Sanitization stations will be available throughout the tailgate  meadow and pool house.

Cancellation Policy:  Full refund for cancellations one week prior to the event. After Saturday, September 26, refunds will be issued only if the waitlist is honored. Unfortunately, there can be no refund for the rain date.
