As the weather gets better let’s lace up your athletic shoes, get outside and walk. It will feel good to socialize and get some exercise at the same time. Proven benefits from walking include quickening your heart beat and circulating more blood and oxygen to your muscles and your organs, including the brain. Let's get going!
