Hiking with Liz

Let’s get out in the woods and breathe some fresh air. Reset your mind by getting out into Nature with Liz Orteig on the hiking trails. This group moves at a slower pace, but still visits the forests and mountain areas and renew our spirits by communing with nature. We reward ourselves with lunch in one of the local restaurants.

On Friday, September 15, we will be going to Mianus River Park. Meet at the Stamford entrance at 71 Merriebrook Lane in Stamford, CT at 9:30. Please wear hiking shoes and bring water.
