Welcome to the Healthy Nuts Supper Club!

The Healthy Nuts Supper Club is all about bringing couples together for a fun, engaging evening filled with great food, laughter, conversation, games, dancing—or whatever makes the night memorable.
The only “nutty” twist? The food must be healthy!
Couples will be grouped into sets of four (8 people total). Each group will take turns hosting supper at one couple’s home. The host will coordinate the evening and each couple will contribute a dish. Rotating hosts means everyone gets a chance to shine! We plan to kick this off in June 2025, and meet every two months. Each group can decide when to hold their first gathering and how often they'd like to meet.
Each dish should be made with health in mind—whether it’s nutritious ingredients, smart substitutions, or lighter cooking techniques. Each couple will also briefly share the health benefits of their dish.

*A "couple" simply means any two people teaming up for the evening.
