Join us for a tour of the New Canaan Museum and Historical Society’s current exhibition “From storage to Spotlight: Selections from the Museum’s textile collection” led by the Executive Director Nancy Geary.

The costume collection is second only to the Connecticut Historical Society in state-wide importance and has some really beautiful and interesting pieces.

Nancy will also give us an update about improvements and changes to the museum and we will have time to explore some of the other exhibits before enjoying an optional lunch. If you haven’t visited recently you will see that there have been a lot of changes in the Town House including a new permanent exhibition about the history of New Canaan.

Cost is $10, payable at the door. Free if you have a paid up 2025 membership of the society.

Guests are welcome to attend.
