 Meet at 11:30am Sharp @ parking lot (address 2-50 Smith Ridge Road)

Get outside with us on a fast paced hike that will raise your heart rate and work on your agility. Plan on hills and rocky terrain. Please wear hiking boots/shoes (not sneakers).

 Remember to bring tick spray and water! Optional light breakfast after the hike.
