• Let’s Walk at Mead Park!
  Let’s lace up our athletic shoes, get outside, and enjoy a relaxed one-hour walk together at Mead Park. Walking is a great way to socialize, stay active, and boost your mood.

• Date/Time: Every Wednesday @6:30pm, weather permitting. Walks will be cancelled if forecasted temp is above 85 degrees at start time. 
• Walk led by: Valerie Gregory-Lee, Event Host
• Meet location: Mead Park, by the cafe (Apple Cart Food)
• Walk length: Approximately one hour

Those who would like a shorter walk are welcome to leave earlier and anyone who would like to continue walking longer may do so. If you arrive late, please text Valerie so she can let you know where the group is.

Optional after-walk social gathering: After the walk, anyone interested can come to Cava Wine Bar for a drink or dinner. You can order and pay individually. Prix fixe dinner is $35  (https://cavawinebarct.com/menu#prix-fixe).
