Let’s lace up our athletic shoes, get outside and enjoy a 2-3 miles walk together. Walking is a great way to socialize, stay active, and boost your mood — all at the same time.
As we walk, we can see the changes underway at the park. The New Canaan Garden Club is restoring a 1.5-acre meadow with native plants for pollinators and paths through the area.
Walks take place at Irwin Park (weather permitting) from April through mid-November.
Lead a Walk: If you would like to lead a walk on other days, please notify Shean-Mei Sheu. I’m sure many of us will be happy to join you!
Let’s walk and make every step count!
